1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling our pet waste cleaning services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Pup Pros offers professional pet waste cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include the removal, disposal, and sanitization of pet waste, as well as any other related tasks agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Payment and Billing

Subscription payments will be collected starting on your service start date and will recur until cancelled. For one-time services, some fees may be collected before service begins, while others are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees—including subscription rates and any additional charges—are subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any updates.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Pup Pros reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area. Please inform us in advance of any hazards or access restrictions that might affect service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pup Pros is dedicated to providing high-quality service. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.

7. Service Modifications

Pup Pros reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Notice will be provided in advance for any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

Pup Pros may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
